DAASEBRE AKUAMOAH AGYAPONG III has been duly nominated and installed as Abenehene and Kwahumanhene by the legitimate Kingmakers of Kwahu Abene on 17th june 2017.
The new Okwahuhene, is known in private life as Mr Eugene Kwasi Asante Boadi ( Eugene AB)
He Holds an MBA Finance and Investment Banking from Lincoln University California USA, A BSc Administration Accounting Option from University of Ghana and is a member of the Association of Charted Accountants (ACCA, UK), Member Project Management professional PMP Awaiting Certification and other professional bodies.
He is married with children and an old student of St Peters, Nkwatia.
Earlier in May there was tension at Kwahu as angry chiefs rejected Prof. Badu Akosa as Kwahumanhene
Opinion leaders in the Kwahu Traditional Area led by the Acting Kwahumanhene, Nana Asiedu Agyemang III say the alleged secret enstoolment of renowned pathologist, Professor Agyeman Badu Akosa as paramount chief of the area is an affront to customs and traditions of the people.
