Abetifi town is divided into two (2) electoral areas: Akyemase and Kubease/Odwenase Electoral areas.
There are Thirteen (13) polling stations namely:

The population of Abetifi is estimated to be about 3,750 people as per the population census including men, women and children and the number of registered voters in the Abetifi Electoral areas is about 6,800 people. Abetifi is the capital town of the Kwahu East District.
